2010 was a big year for Ruby Mei. She gained a new big sister!! She has learned a lot in the 10 months that Sienna has been home. We are so proud of the way she has handled the changes she has been given. She is a blessing in so many ways. Whether happy or sad, Ruby Mei lives life to the fullest! We look forward to watching her skip her way through another year!

January, 2010

I will never forget this day... It was the day we went to say goodbye to our favorite pals, Bridget and Lucy! Lucy gave Ruby this dress for her birthday, so she wanted to wear it for her.. January was also the month Ruby developed her love for "The Sound of Music!" She took advantage of our cold month, and memorized almost every line. She made a lot of people (including strangers) smile with her serenading of the Sound of Music score!

February, 2010

This of course was a pivotal month. We chose to leave Ruby home with CampH while we went to China. She proved to us that she is not only a brave little girl, but such a special one too!

March, 2010

So many special memories in March, but I must start with the fact that it was our third anniversary of receiving Ruby's referral from China. It happened while we were in China, so Liz sent us this precious photo of her! Another highlight was her Skype call with Sienna. She got on the computer and said with a great big smile, "Ni Hao Tung Tung!" I will never forget it!
