The other day my friend Suzan sent me this photo of her beautiful daughter, Julia.  Julia was one of the twelve babies in our travel group that we met in Nanchang on May 8, 2007.  We loved her parents immediately, and it was a huge blessing to travel with them.  It was such a privilege to watch them become first time parents on the 29th Floor of the Civil Affairs office that day!
