Getting Her Ready for Winter!
We took the girls up to the cabin for the day on Saturday! It was a bright and gorgeous November day up there. We picked up our snow mobile to have it ready for the season.. The girls have been talking up snow to Sienna... She has seen pictures, but of course there is nothing like experiencing it.. Soon enough they will be making a snowman together and drinking hot chocolate! Sienna and I were having fun with a little winter hat photo shoot!
A Happy Belated Birthday to Nadi who turned 5 yesterday!!! We can't wait to see you again on Friday!! And, at 12:30am tonight, our dear friends Bridget, Rich and Lucy will be meeting Kit for the first time!!!! (2:30-3:00 China time!) Please pray for them. Kit is 4 like Sienna was when we met her.. It is such a big day for these precious children. I feel like an anxious Aunt waiting for her anticipated arrival!!!! Bridget will be posting at their blog as soon as she can! The Red Thread Story of Kit is another miracle of how God brings us all together for His glory!! She was born to be in this family, and I can't wait to see her blossom in it! I just wish I was there to see her in person! I will be on a plane to Chicago as soon as she is ready for visitors!!!

Has Sienna never seen snow?? Oh, fun indeed! hat to say it, but we will sure get our fair share here in the midwest! Sienna will get more than her use out of that darling hat!!
Sienna's smile is just so amazing! It may be me but seems it has gotten more bright as the months has passed!
So cute. I love that furry white hat!! So cute with her dark hair. I can't wait to see what she thinks about the snow!! She's a southern girl, like me!!
Darling shots. I love them all but #3 just might be my all time fave of Miss Sienna. I keep saying that, right? You really captured her there.
Oh how fun it will be to see those first photos of Sienna playing in the snow with her sisters!! What a beautiful MN weekend we had, I'm sure it was a lovely time at the cabin. Can you believe this weather!? It's supposed to be even nicer tomorrow... does NOT feel like November, and I'm NOT complaining!! ;) We haven't been up north in quite awhile, and I miss it up there.
