"The Tooth Fairy is Coming, The Tooth Fairy is Coming!!"
At approximately 8:20pm with the assistance of her Daddy (and some dental floss!) Ainsley Kathryn lost her first tooth!!!!!! She has patiently waited as her first grade buddies have lost multiple teeth! FINALLY, her first baby tooth will be under her pillow tonight!!
Yes, Jeff also has the same tooth missing!!! Only his was professionally pulled back in December for Invisiline Braces on his bottom teeth! Like father like daughter at our house!
Congratulations Ainsley! We think you look adorable!
Love,
Mommy & Daddy

Congratulations Ainsley! I hope the tooth fairy comes tonight! I also hope you are doing well.
Love,
Katie
WOW! Congrats, Ainsley! As a knidergarten teacher, I pull LOTS of teeth and I know how hard it is to have to wait for your first tooth to come out! Your snaggle tooth grin is precious!
Diana, I have to share one of my favorite tooth stories. A boy I taught a few years ago is in class this year with another little girl who saved up 4 teeth, put them under her pillow and the next morning she found a pair of crocs by her pillow. The next day, Michael told his Mamaw the story and then exclaimed, "Mamaw, you know how you can take all your teeth out at once?! You oughta try that!"
have a great day!
Angie
Congrats! Can't wait to hear about the tooth fairy : )
Yay for Ainsley!!!! Your new grin is too cute!! :)I hope the tooth fairy came!!
How exciting! I heard of the cutest idea for the tooth fairy...at night before bed put a glass of water beside the bed. While your child is sleeping, put a drop of food coloring in...in the morning it is evidence that the Tooth Fairy made a visit...and dipped her wings into the water. I really thought this was a cute idea and plan to do it when Lia looses her teeth...although just for the record I am not ready for that to happen for a long time!!
Conratulations to Ainsley! How exciting!
Kate
Hello Diane,
My name is Lauren Young and I live in Newport Beach, CA. I have followed your story since before beautiful Ruby came home. I have a wonderful daugther Amanda who will be Sweet 16 tomorrow, the day before Valentine's Day. My son Adam is a Nationally competing gymnast. I know that you were an ice skater so you can relate to what our crazy life is like.
Both Amanda and Adam grew and lost their teeth late. They were so excited to loose their first tooth. I came up with a great idea, actually the tooth fairy came up with it. I had the children write a letter to the tf asking her to let them keep their tooth. That way at the end of the process they would have the whole collection. I know gross, but cool. So now that they are teenagers, we have them all. I neat thing for them to show their own children.
We alsothe idea to give $1 for tooth #1, $2 for tooth #2, $3 for tooth #3, etc. I was a nice way for them to start a little savings.
I want to thank you for sharing your family with me. I am in the process of starting a blog. I will let you know and you can follow our story as well.
Congrats Ainsley!
GREAT picture for the memory book!!!!
Yeah Ainsley! I know the tooth fairy was good to you. And you will receive many more visits from her. Happy Day!
Yea, Ainsley! Hope the Tooth Fairy left you a nice little treat to celebrate this milestone. I hope it wasn't so cold her wings froze...
She does look adorable with her toothless Daddy!
Give her a hug,
Lisa
Yeah Ainsley. I hear that the first one usually is worth more than the rest!
Your girls are gorgeous!! I love when that bottom tooth finally goes -- it's such a rite of passage and they look totally adorable. My older brother - honestly - tied mine to a piece of string and then tied it to a door knob. Slam the door, and lo and behold ... a visit from the tooth fairy.
Congratulations to Ainsley! I hope that the tooth fairy was good to her. She has such a pretty smile.
Congrats Ainsley! I hope the tooth fairy was good to you ;)
Yeah Ainsley. Congratulations, sweetheart - you look just beautiful.
Stay warm!!
Love,
Heather
