The "Agitated Empress"...
Has been sleeping for a while! Praise God!! The "Birthday Cocktail" (see below) worked!
Emme is celebrating her "Birthday" in fashion with her new accessories from our sweet friends Lisa, Sarah and Reagan!! Thank you Girls!!

Aw, glad she is resting comfortably even though it's her birthday. So sweet and funny! I am thinking of you all and praying things continue to go well!
Just stumbled upon your blog today and have been reading your daughters process with her tethered cord surgery. I am so glad to hear things are going great and she is recovering well. She is absolutely sunning even in the midst of recovering from a major surgery!
I write today knowing that on Tuesday of next week our daughter will be having an MRI to see if she is tethered and/or the effects of her Spina Bifida. I am sure you can relate with the feelings and stress that we will face on Tuesday when they put our daughter under to x-ray her little lumbar region. Her Pediatrician has assured us that he will call as soon as the results are in, so for now we just hope for the best.
Oh my...Is there anything more beautiful than a sleeping precious child?? So innocent and pretty!!
Oh, she is precious sleeping! I lover her little headband and hope that day three is better!!

Mad as a hornet but cute as a bug. I'm sorry that today was tough; I'll pray that tomorrow is a lot easier on all of you. Wishing you all some rest and hoping Emme Jade mades a full and speedy recovery.
Praying that Empress Emme is having a better day. Sleep is so healing that I think the right "cocktail" is just the thing for her feisty personality.
Praying for you and Jeff, too. You are such loving parents I can only imagine how taxing this is for you. Hope you have some help on the home front. God Bless!
