Tippy Canoe!
We had a great weekend, and a little adventure at the lake house this past weekend! The weather was picture perfect. It was so nice to just be outside! The adventure happened when we decided to go on a family canoe ride! All was well, until we were heading back to our house... We went under a tree limb, and the next thing I knew there were four of us in the water! To say Ruby & Ainsley were a little shocked is an understatement!!! Mom & Dad got the canoe back in order, and we paddled home in record speed! The girls recovered after a hot bubble bath and hot chocolate!!!!
Sorry Grandpa! But, we are all OK!!!! :)
Never a dull moment here!

Oh no! I am so sorry that you tipped - but I have to LOL a little too. My hubby is an avid kayaker and canoes man. When we were in N. MI last summer we took the family out and it was fine but the whole time we were on the river, both my boys razzed me about tipping the canoe the summer before Li Li came home! So - BTDT :D Hope that you weren't like me and had you camera with you!

It must have been cold!! That does not sound like fun. Glad you are all ok.
Oh what a shock that must have been for the girls- wow!! Cold water is always a shock. Glad you are all ok and safe and sound. Would love to have seen pictures of that one :)
